WHAT DAYS OF THE WEEK DO YOU SHIP?
We ship orders daily Monday - Friday at 4pm PST. All shipping transit times are in business days. There are no deliveries on weekends
We do not ship out packages on weekends or Federal holidays. In addition to Federal Holidays, we are also closed Christmas Eve and New Years Eve.
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING CUT OFF TIME?
Orders received by 4pm PST are guaranteed* to ship out same day.

WHAT SHIPPING CARRIER WILL MY PACKAGE BE SHIPPED WITH?
All orders with a physical address will be shipped via UPS. All PO Box orders will be shipping via USPS.
WHAT IS THE FASTEST SHIPPING METHOD YOU OFFER?
For physical addresses, the fastest shipping is UPS next day early which arrives between 6:30am-10am the next business day. If you are shipping to a PO Box, we offer USPS Express mail (1-2 business days) and Priority Mail (2-4 business days)
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes. We currently offer shipping to Canada, Mexico, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. If you have a special request for an area not listed please contact us.
WHAT IF I HAVE A UPS/FEDEX ACCOUNT AND WANT TO PAY FOR MY OWN SHIPPING?
We would be happy to accommodate you. Please call us and we can process your order without shipping cost. Email us the label you would like us to use and schedule a pick up
We promise to fulfill orders accurately and on time. If there is an issue with us not shipping your orders on time or in the manner you requested we will gladly refund your shipping cost up to $25. If your shipping was delayed due to the shipping company, a natural disaster, bad weather, etc. that is out of our hands and non-refundable. You are always welcome to request a refund from the shipping carrier for packages that take longer than their estimated speeds.
